eat breakfast right

your breakfast should contains  lot of things like (supplements ,food) contains what ?! amino acid, glutamine,branched chain amino acid ( anabolic ) 
breakfast  plan 
1- one  bnana
2-10 egg white
3-2 cup of oats ,cooked 
4-(5-10) grams of bcaa
5-(5-10)glutamine 
Eat right  ,training intelligently
